Emily Atack is clearly as tired as the rest of us on the messaging on how to get ‘beach-body ready.’

The Inbetweeners star is currently enjoying a sunkissed holiday in Spain, from where she is keeping fans updated on her days at the beach and nights on the town.

We’ve all seen the diet, exercise and fashion tips pushed on us on how to ensure the public won’t run screaming as soon as you expose your (very normal) body in a bikini coming up to the summer months.

And, like a lot of us, Celebrity Juice star Emily seems pretty done with it all.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the actress shared a snap from the sun-drenched beach, wearing oversized sunglasses and an orange-patterned bikini, her hair damp and windswept from the sea.

She captioned it: ‘Just wear the sodding bikini and have a lovely time.’

Emily’s no-nonsense approach to being ‘beach-body ready’ obviously resonated with her 1.8 million followers, with the comment section filled with praise from friends and fans.

Chloe Madeley, daughter of Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Madeley, responded in a series of heart-eyes and fire emojis, while TV personality Sian Welby wrote: ‘Agreed.’

One fan said Emily looked ‘beautiful,’ adding: ‘Let’s normalise real bodies.’

‘PREACH,’ another wrote, while another said Emily looked ‘gorgeous and happy.’

The I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp star is a bit of a fan-favourite to be the next Love Island presenter after Laura Whitmore announced she would be stepping down from the role.

While nobody has been chosen as of yet, there are certain names that keep cropping up in discussions on social media, including former contestants Maura Higgins and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu as well as Maya Jama and AJ Odudu.

The speculation comes shortly after ITV comedy panel show Celebrity Juice – on which both Laura and Emily were team captains – was axed after 14 years on-air.
