With the release date of Selling Sunset season 6 not yet confirmed, its spin-off Selling the OC is giving us the fix we need of glamazons caught in a whirlwind of tricky real estate deals and, of course, relentless drama.

The Netflix reality series, much like its predecessor, focuses on a group of luxury realtors at The Oppenheim Group they flog multi-million dollar mansions with infinity pools across the most exclusive enclaves of the OC.

Steered by the brokerage’s founders twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim, the well-heeled agents, which in this series includes both men and women unlike the all-female Selling Sunset, spend their days signing contracts and starting feuds.

Among those not afraid of the drama, and arguably filling the Christine Quinn void, who has departed both the agency and the show, are besties Alexandra Jarvis, 32, and Alexandra Rose, 27.

Billing themselves as the ‘two top performing female agents in the office’, the pair have beef with another fellow Alexandra, who goes by Alex Hall. They say three’s a crowd…

Jarvis, who is engaged to Sergio Ducoulombier, also exchanged some cross words with new estate agent Polly Brindle, who hails from Yorkshire, during season one.

While working on a spectacular home together, former model Polly confronts Jarvis, claiming she ignores her in the office and at parties.

Clapping back, Jarvis asks why Polly said she ‘hated her’ during a day working from the beach, while she was elsewhere.

Despite apologies from both parties, you could cut the tension with a knife.

The frostiness between the agents has not gone unnoticed by fans, with Jarvis responding to Q+A in her Instagram Stories.

One avid viewer asked the former lawyer: ‘Are there bts [behind-the-scenes action] we don’t see, like why the girls don’t like u so much?’

Jarvis said the ‘hate is as shallow as it seems… unfortunately’. Ouch.

She also added: ‘Great question! Not at all, I’m myself in the show, don’t know how to be any other way.’

Another Selling the OC fan asked: ‘How do you handle the negativity from your colleagues?’

Jarvis responded: ‘Love this question! Life will always offer you choices – choose happiness and peace!

‘I don’t take things personally, but it took me some time, experience and self reflection to get to where I am mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

‘Bottom line, I value the opinions of certain people in my life and everything else is just white noise, if I hear it at all.’

Other realtors to have caused a stir include Kayla Cardona after she tried to kiss colleague Tyler Stanaland, who is married to actress Brittany Snow.

However, the pair did patch things up at a restaurant, with Kayla apologising for her behaviour, promising him it woulnd’t happen again.

Selling the OC is available to stream on Netflix.
