The US teacher, who has not disclosed her name, was branded as ‘attention-seeking’ and ‘desperate’ for her attire.

The art teacher, from New Jersey, often shares her school day outfits on her Instagram account, Toy Box Dollz – which has amassed over 870,000 followers.

Some pictures show the brunette posing next to the whiteboard in her classroom.

Others show her students in the classroom – though their faces are not visible, reports NY Post.

While many have praised the body-confident teacher for her fashion posts – some parents deem the outfits unacceptable.

The teacher has faced backlash with parents stating she should not be wearing such outfits around minors on her Instagram page.

“You’re in a classroom taking Instagram pictures with your a** out. Showing pictures in the class with your butt in the air is very inappropriate,” one jibbed.

Another quipped: “That [photo] just looks crazy and makes you desperate for likes.”

A third blasted: “You’re sad, taking booty pics during class?”

The teacher has hit back at comments in an Instagram video defending herself and why what she wears has no impact on her teaching abilities.

The teacher continued: “I’m a really, really good teacher.

“I had students emailing me during the summer asking me for homework. They love art. I love teaching art. I love working with children to create art.”
