I bought shorts from ASOS – when they arrived I absolutely retched, they smelt SO grim… the truth was disgusting

Suzanne Baum, a journalist, claims after ordering some shorts from Asos, that they arrived with faeces on them.
She shared a picture of the stained shorts and wrote “trigger warning”.
The picture shows the jeans with an obvious stain on the inside of the back area of the jeans.
In the caption, Suzanne wrote: “Dear @asos, as a hugely loyal customer for years, I have always encouraged my older kids to use your website and spend their money wisely.
