A new Strictly Come Dancing professional has joined this year’s line-up and revealed who she would actually love to be partnered up with… and it’s not any of the celebs taking to the ballroom this year.
Michelle Tsiakkas actually wants to be partnered with Prince Charles, she revealed ahead of the new series launching in a handful of days.
The 26-year-old Latin champion is set to make her debut on the BBC One Latin and ballroom show this month, along with fellow newbies Vito Coppola, Carlos Gu and Lauren Oakley.
Speaking about landing her ‘dream’ gig, she shared: ‘I’ve been watching Strictly since I was a child and am as mesmerised by it now as I was then.
‘It’s magical and I’ve always dreamt of being part of it.’
She continued to Hello!: ‘Now my dream is about to come true, I can’t wait to show the world my love and passion for dancing.’

The Duke of Cornwall, 73, and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, have previously shared that they’re both huge fans of the show, and Michelle admitted that she thinks Charles would make a great dancer, adding that he’s ‘good at leading’.
She said: ‘He seems like a charming gentleman and would be good at leading.

Meanwhile, Vito has set his sights higher, and wants to take The Queen for a spin in the ballroom.
The 11-time Latin American Champion said: ‘The younger generation of royals are cool, but for me The Queen is the one.’
The Duchess of Cornwall has shared how big of a fan of the show she is, and it was previously revealed that it has been a ‘dream’ of hers to appear on the series, but ‘protocol probably wouldn’t allow it’.

During the pandemic, Camilla made a surprise appearance on a Strictly montage, where she thanked the show’s cast and crew for lifting sprits.
As the final of the wildly popular dance show aired, the BBC shared a montage of fans expressing what it meant to them that Strictly returned to screens.
Among them was Camilla, who shared a sweet message to everyone involved in making the show this year.
