Former WWE star Velveteen Dream allegedly punched a gym employee in the face and bit him before his arrest last month.

The 26-year-old wrestler – whose real name is Patrick Clark – appeared for the company on its NXT brand until he was released in May 2021 following backlash after being accused of having inappropriate online conversations with and sending inappropriate photographs to underage fans, which he has vehemently denied.

On August 20, Clark was arrested by Orlando Police for charges of first degree battery and trespassing on property after a warning, which are both first degree misdemeanors.

Now, police documents published by TMZ Sports say a senior employee at Club Orlando in Florida claimed an altercation started after he told Clark to leave an area closed for cleaning.

He claimed the wrestler became ‘irate and argumentative’, and he was told to leave the building entirely, but the row allegedly continued.

According to the arrest affidavit, the employee claimed Clark made threats to kill him and hit him in the face and bit him during a subsequent fight.

The report says they were separated by another employee, with Clark left outside but he returned a few minutes later after allegedly ‘jumping the tall perimeter fence’ and entering ‘from the back’.

The arresting officer – who ‘observed teeth marks’ on the alleged victim – noted that Clark denied biting anyone.

He was released the following day after paying the $1,200 bond, and pleaded not guilty to charges including first degree battery and trespassing on property after a warning.

The following week, he was arrested for a second time, this occasion for an out of county warrant for ‘possession of drug paraphernalia’.

Before his WWE departure, the company said they investigated allegations involving minors, with then-NXT boss Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque noting they ‘found nothing’, while Clark himself has always maintained his innocence.

At the time of the initial allegations in 2020, he tweeted: ‘Be assured I did not communicate inappropriately with anyone. A private photo of mine was shared without my consent or knowledge and I am working with a third party to look into this matter.’

These allegations resurfaced two months later during the #SpeakingOut movement, and Clark’s appearances on TV became sporadic, but Levesque said they weren’t the reason for his absence, instead pointing to the aftermath of a car crash.
