I’m plus size and ordered a beautiful dress from ASOS… safe to say it did NOT look the same when it turned up
WE all know the excitement of ordering a dream outfit online, and ripping it open quickly when the package arrives as you can’t wait to try it on.
But for one woman, that joy was short-lived when she tried on what she thought was her dream dress – only to find it looked nothing like she thought it would.

TikTok user @awwsuze, shared with her social media following how she’d found the ‘perfect’ plus size outfit to wear to a friend’s wedding.
The ASOS dress, part of their curve collection, was a light blue, crepe material with a giant bow at the top and across the shoulders.
It also had a gap around the midriff, making it look like a two piece.
However, after her online parcel arrived, @awwsuze modelled it – and realised it wasn’t the outfit for her.

She posted a video on TikTok titled: “The wedding guest dress I ordered from ASOS Vs what I got.”
She added the hashtags ‘curvyfashion’, ‘plussizefashion’ and ‘fashionfail.’
The social media user then shared a series of images of what the dress looked like on the model on the ASOS website – before doing her big reveal.
It showed her standing in front of the mirror with the dress on, which didn’t fit properly, with an unimpressed look on her face, as her followers reacted and said it had left them in hysterics.
