Chrissy Teigen and John Legend took a night off from parenting to attend the 2022 Primetime Emmy Awards, but they may have had a third wheel – and we’re not talking about her baby bump.
As the Hollywood action got underway at LA’s Microsoft Theater on Sunday night, Chrissy, 37, and John, 42, rocked up to the red carpet positively glowing.
Chrissy, who is currently pregnant with their third child, stunned in a pink sequinned dress that hugged her baby bump while husband John, who sweetly cradled her stomach, looked sharp in a crisp cream Gucci suit finished off with a black bowtie.
The couple couldn’t have looked more in love but Chrissy’s eyes did wander once inside the venue.
It seems the former model had her heart set on meeting a certain Squid Game actor and she was overjoyed to find him.
In her Instagram stories, Chrissy shared a photo of the cast of the hit Netflix series with an arrow pointing down at O Yeong-su, who played the adorable Old Man aka Player Number 001.

‘Not leaving until I find my husband,’ Chrissy wrote above the arrow.
Fortunately her dreams came true as the next story was a photo of her posing with Yeong-Su, while holding her hand up to her face with pure joy.
She included a set of flashing hearts for good measure, so John may want to make space in their marriage for Chrissy’s new love.

However, the former Lip Sync battle presenter admitted she was hesitant to share the news after the death of their son Jack while she was pregnant two years ago.
‘The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way,’ Chrissy told her followers last month.
‘Every appointment I’ve said to myself, “ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce” but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still.’

She added: ‘I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!’
The couple, who are already parents to daughter Luna, six, and son Miles, four, later shared a photo from their 4D scan showing the baby adorably holding its hand up to its chest.
