IT turns out that our trainers have a little-known feature that many of us aren’t aware of and have never used before.

According to trainer experts, you can thread your shoelaces through these holes to give yourself extra ankle support.
Therefore, this “heel lock” stops your foot from sliding around as you’re walking.
