Voting for the National TV Awards has reopened following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Following the period of national mourning, the voting for the National Television Awards (NTAs) has reopened.
Voting, as well as the glamorous ceremony, had been suspended on September 9th after Her Majesty died the day before aged 96.
Announced via the NTA official Twitter page, the public will now be able to vote until October 13 for categories such as best new drama and tightly fought best serial drama.
It’s still unclear whether Lewis Capaldi will perform as planned, but the photo accompanying the tweet seemed to confirm that comedian Joel Dommett will still be hosting the lavish event.
The ceremony will take place on October 13 at the Ovo Arena, Wembley, and public tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled event.

Those at home will undoubtedly be tuning in to see if Ant and Dec will continue their 20-year winning streak for best TV presenter.
Other nominees for best presenter include This Morning’s Alison Hammond, Bradley Walsh and Graham Norton.

An award show unlike any other with awards given by the public, celebs will be keen to bag a gong and have viewers at home celebrate alongside them.
Highlights will also include the best new drama award and Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award, named after the late presenter and entertainer.
