Pointless officially has a new team of hosts, with Sally Lindsay taking over from Richard Osman for the first ever episode.
After 12 years, Richard announced he would be stepping down from the BBC quiz show, which he created.
A variety of celebrity hosts are set to take over, with Sally being the first in the hot seat.
Tuesday’s episode saw Xander introduce the actress by saying: ‘She’s my new Pointless friend, my first in 12 years, the wonderful Sally Lindsay!’
‘This is so exciting and so surreal!’ Sally said. ‘Just wanted to ask you – do you feel like you’ve cheated a bit?’
‘It feels a bit naughty but we’ll work through it,’ Xander admitted.
Of course, Richard was watching along, revealing he was excited to play along at home for the first time ever.

‘So excited about watching this at 5.15. The first time I’ve ever been able to watch #Pointless and actually play along without knowing the answers already. Good luck to the first of the ace new co-hosts @sally_lindsay!’ he said.
He couldn’t resist joking about the laptop, which any Pointless co-host has to rely on, quipping: ‘Wait, the laptop WORKS NOW???? #Pointless.’
Fans missed Richard – but were wishing Sally and the rest of the upcoming co-hosts the best of luck, with one writing: ‘No co-hosts will be as natural as Richard, he had over 10 years+ to perfect it but I am sure these co-hosts will be great #pointless.’
Another added: ‘Fact is, Richard Osman bestrode Pointless for 12 years and his mighty big shoes are going to be almost impossible to fill.Good luck to all the new co-hosts.#Pointless.’
Sally is the first of the celeb hosts to step into the hot seat, but will no means by the last!
Alex Brooker, Lauren Laverne, Stephen Mangan, Konnie Huq, and Ed Gamble will be among those set to present.
Pointless continues Wednesday at 5:15pm on BBC One.
