Filming for Chloe Sims’ upcoming OnlyFans TV show in the US is ‘not happening’ after the famous family quit The Only Way Is Essex, it’s been reported.

Nonetheless, production has begun on the series in the UK, with the reality stars sharing their excitement on social media.

In July this year, it was reported that Chloe and her sisters Frankie Sims and Demi Sims had signed a lucrative £1million multi-year content deal to launch their new show House Of Sims on the streaming platform.

They’ll also be joined on the programme by their brother Charlie Sims and his fiancé Georgia Shults, with the Sims family having previously found fame on ITV reality show Towie.

Chloe was one of the longest-standing stars on the programme, having been on the show since 2011, while her sisters Demi and Frankie joined the cast in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

However, in a massive shake up, they decided to quit for pastures new to join Only Fans TV for their eponymous show – but it appears they’ve hit a roadblock.

According to a source, the Sims clan were due to fly out to the US to film for the show, but the plan has been halted.

‘Chloe and the family were due to fly to the US to shoot scenes for their new show but it’s not happening now,’ they told The Sun.

‘It doesn’t look good for them after the huge deal they made about quitting Towie and going it alone.’

The insider added that it was ‘definitely a disappointing setback for Chloe’.

Nonetheless, they’re apparently ‘hoping to get things back on track as soon as possible’.

While filming in the US may have been put on hold, production in the UK is still going ahead.

The Sims family celebrated the first day of filming on their respective Instagram Stories, revealing that production began on Tuesday September 20.

Chloe didn’t take part in the first day, instead going for a dentist appointment, but the rest of her relatives all filmed interview portions for the programme, they revealed to their thousands of followers.

Metro.co.uk has contacted representatives for Chloe Sims and OnlyFans for comment.
