Adam DeVine has taken to Instagram to make sure fans know he and Adam Levine are not the same person following affair rumours surrounding the Maroon 5 star.
The Pitch Perfect actor, 38, who shares an almost identical name with the musician, 43, took to Twitter to make sure fans knew he was not the one in the recent headlines.
Sharing a photo with his wife Chloe Bridges, 30, DeVine told his followers: ‘Just want to post this and say that my wife @chloebridges and I are doing great and going strong.
‘I am not Adam Levine. He’s a different guy and a worse singer. We are however naming our future baby Sumner.’
It comes after Instagram model Sumner Stroh claimed she had had a year-long affair with Levine, alleging that he had later told her he and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, were going to name their third baby Sumner.
Stroh had shared a TikTok video, claiming that she had an affair with the 43-year-old, explaining that she felt ‘exploited’ by the situation.

Levine had denied ever having had an affair but said it was ‘poor judgement’ to have spoken to anyone that wasn’t his wife in a ‘flirtatious manner’.
He wrote on his Instagram story at the time: ‘A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner.
‘I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.
‘In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.’
‘My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naïve and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make,’ he continued.
‘I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.’
