Sharing her favourite buys with her 146k followers, Carys said: “I’m going to do an M&S haul, literally no-one asked for this, but I’m obsessed with getting clothes from Marks and Spencer.

“This is meant to be more of a fitted look – I’m really happy this fits my boobs because normally, nothing fits my boobs.

She added: “Lastly, we’ve gone basics – comfy grey shorts, I went with the size 16 and I’m really happy with how comfortable they are.
“These tops, I’m obsessed with the necklines on them – they’re full length, three-quarter sleeves, we all need the basics you know”.
