His last Instagram post saw him teasing his return to Heartland.

Heartland actor Robert Cormier has died at the age of 33.
The star played Finn Cotter on the Canadian series, with the team behind the show paying tribute.
‘We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Robert Cormier,’ a tweet from the show’s official Twitter account read.
‘He was a beloved member of the Heartland cast the last two seasons. On behalf of the Heartland cast and crew, our thoughts are with him and his family during this difficult time.’
Cormier’s sister reportedly told The Hollywood Reporter that he died in hospital in in Etobicoke, Ontario, of injuries pertaining to a fall.
The actor began his career with a role in Four 1 Liberation Front in 2008, going on to appear in the TV show Designated Survivor in 2016.

He also appeared in the series Bizarre Murders in 2018, before taking on the role of Kit Jennings in Netflix’s Slasher in 2019.
Last year, Cormier played Winston in the Starz adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s American Gods.
Cormier is thought to have had various projects in post-production.
The actor’s final Instagram post, shared four weeks ago, showed him lying on the floor surrounded by Heartland scripts.
He wrote: ‘Gettin at it😏🐴🍁.’
In his obituary, Cormier was remembered as ‘an athlete, an actor, and a great brother.’
It goes on to say: ‘He had a passion for helping others and was always looking to achieve more. He enjoyed movie nights with his family and looked up greatly to his father. He impacted many people throughout his life, whether it was family, teammates and friends. Rob’s memory will live on through his passion for art and film as well as his three sisters, who meant the world to him.’
Fans and friends have paid tribute to the late star with Aaron Martin, creator of the series Slasher, writing on Twitter: ‘It’s with a heavy heart that we’ve learned of the passing of Robert Cormier who brought such life to Kit on Slasher Solstice.
‘He was uniquely talented, and a sweet, generous friend we all loved working with. Our thoughts are with him and his family through this difficult time.’
