Jacqueline Jossa has revealed her periods have become even more painful following the birth of her children.
The former EastEnders actress and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner is set to open up about her excruciating periods in an upcoming ITV documentary, aimed to get the nation talking about menstruation.
In a preview clip shared exclusively with Metro.co.uk, Jacqueline explains how hers have changed dramatically after becoming a mum.
‘I barely used to notice my period,’ she admits. ‘But since having kids they have become unbearable.
‘I wouldn’t talk about my periods unless they have become a hindrance to my life.’
Jacqueline shares two children, daughters Mia and Ella, with her husband Dan Osbourne, and her periods have become so debilitating she has to bend over.

In a short clip of the show, Jacqueline is seen driving on a countryside lane as she tells viewers about her experience with her time of the month.
Speaking to the camera, she says: ‘It’s embarrassing being somewhere in cramping up and having to physically bend over or pull up in a street because you’re having really bad tummy cramps.’
Toward the end of the video, the TV personality is seen screwing her face up in pain as she recalls her cramps.
