I tried on jeans in a size 8 and a 12 from the same shop – my results settle the clothes sizing debate once & for all
THERE’S been so much debate about clothes sizing in recent years – with certain shops known for their more generous sizes, and others known for being stingy with theirs.
But one woman appears to have settled the debate once and for all with a video on her Instagram page.
Lauren took to Instagram to share a Reel in which she proved that “clothing sizes are BS”Instagram/@lauren.momentumfitness

While the size 8 ones, from the same shop and in the same style, fit with some room to spareInstagram/@lauren.momentumfitness
Lauren took to her Reels to share “proof that women’s clothing sizes are BS”.
In the clip, she was seen trying on a pair of lightwash jeans in a size 12, which appeared too tight around the waist.
She then swapped the denims for another pair in a size 8, which fit easily, with room to spare.
“I wish I was joking,” Lauren captioned her reel.
