I went to buy snacks at Tesco and spent £200 on clothes instead – here’s everything I got from its amazing new range

SHE only went in to get some snacks.

But Teresa found herself spending over £200 in Tesco after snapping up some gorgeous items from the F&F autumn/winter range, including several pieces from Frankie Bridge’s latest collection for the supermarket.

Among the items Teresa picked up in her £200 haul was this gorgeous floral dressTikTok/@midsizeteresa

She also grabbed some more casual items, including this gorgeous jacket, which she wore over a grey jumperTikTok/@midsizeteresa

“Get to Tesco like literally right now,” Teresa said in a video on her TikTok page.

“I went to Tesco with my boyfriend to pick up some snacks and I ended up spending £200 in Tesco F&F clothing because they have 25% off all clothes and their range is unbelievable – especially Frankie Bridge’s range.

“It’s literally amazing.”

Teresa tried all her new purchases on in another video, kicking off with a knitted grey jumper and matching midi skirt.

I’m 58 and get told to ‘dress my age’ – but I love wearing what I want

She then swapped the skirt for some black jeans, and put a teddy-style shacket over the top of the jumper, for a chic and casual look.

A bright orange knitted tank top was next, which she then topped with a cream quilted jacket.

Teresa then showed off a cute grey cardigan which was perfect for lounging around the house in.

And next was the dresses she’d splashed out on – starting with a knitted cream dress.

A midi dress in black and floral looked stunning on Teresa’s size 14 to 16 figure.

While Teresa had wanted to alert people to Tesco’s 25% off clothing deal, her video sparked one comment from a troll who wrote: “I’m pleased you can afford new clothes.”

Responding to the criticism, Teresa said in another video: “I honestly genuinely genuinely apologise if you felt that that video was showing off that I can afford new clothes.

“That is far from what that video is about.

“I was very much just making other people aware that if you do want new, decent clothes for winter, Tesco does have affordable prices but on top of that they have 25% if you have your Clubcard.

“That was more what it was about.
