Britain Get Singing ITV special line-up revealed including Love Island’s Tasha Ghouri, Paige Thorne and Luca Bish-Ruth Lawes-Entertainment – Metro

ITV has unveiled the celebrity line-up for its upcoming Christmas extravaganza Britain Get Singing and it includes some famous faces from Love Island.
Tasha Ghouri, Paige Thorne, Antigoni Buxton, Danica Taylor, Andrew Le Page and Luca Bish, who all appeared in this year’s edition of the dating show, will try their hand at singing.
The ex-Islanders will team up and compete against other celeb groups and belt out a tune, putting their vocal prowess to the test in a bid to impress the studio audience and the ‘super panel’.
Other famous faces to be gracing the stage for the special which will also raise awareness of mental health include Loose Women panelists Coleen Nolan, Brenda Edwards, Denise Welch, Judi Love, Linda Robson and Kelle Bryan.
Soap stars from the likes of Emmerdale and Coronation Street will also be crooning along to a melody in the spectacular sing-off which airs this festive season on ITV and ITVX.
As well as performances, Britain Get Talking will also feature inspiring clips in which the stars discuss their own experiences of mental health.
The glitzy event is being produced by Lifted Entertainment, which makes I’m A Celebrity and Dancing on Ice, to support ITV’s mental health campaign, Britain Get Talking.

Britain Get Talking was launched in 2019 by pausing the live broadcast of Britain’s Got Talent and encourages people to look after their mental health by connecting with others.
Since its initial launch, research indicates that Britons have had 100 million new or more meaningful conversations as a result of the campaign, which has featured celebrities from Captain Tom to Susanna Reid, Maya Jama to Shirley Hancock.

Other Love Island stars to have gone on to pursue more TV work include this year’s winners, Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
The couple will front their own food and travel show for ITV2, which will see them journey to Italy and Turkey to sample the local delicacies.

All-round Queen Ekin-Su will also be among the stars battling it out on Dancing on Ice, alongside the likes of ormer footballer John Fashanu and ex-EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer.
Speaking in a pre-recorded video on Good Morning Britain, Ekin-Su enthused: ‘I’m so excited for the team, I can’t wait to get on the ice and skate. Stay tuned and see you on the ice!’
Britain Get Singing is coming to ITV and ITVX this Christmas.
