I forked out £75 for a teddy coat from PrettyLittleThing & was left stunned – people say what they sent was criminal

SHOPPING online can be risky – you never know whether it will be the right size or if it’ll be the material it looks like online.

And one shopper was left stunned when her order a coat from PrettyLittleThing arrived.

Macey Murray, from the UK, ordered a new teddy-bear coat from the website.

On the website, the floor-length coat appeared to come in a light, cream-coloured leather fabric with teddy-bear trim.

But Macey was stunned when the £75 coat turned up and looked nothing like it did online.

The fashion fan took to TikTok to share the ordeal and wrote: “If this isn’t a sign to stop shopping at PLT I don’t know what is.”

Macey first showed how the coat looked online and then what arrived at her house.

The coat that was delivered came in a much darker colour than it looked on the website and the teddy-bear fur trim looked entirely different.

The trim around the neck was a completely different shape from the one online as was the belt.

“Ignore my lashes but prettylittlething do better xx,” she captioned the post.

The video has since gone viral with over 590k views and people were shocked by the difference in quality, with some claiming it was ‘criminal.’

One wrote: “I don’t think anything could have prepared me, I’m so sorry that happened to you.”

Another person commented: “That’s criminal.”

A third penned: “Omg this better not be the coat… I was going to order this!!”
