Rihanna fans in meltdown after rumours she’s recorded music for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever emerge -Cydney Yeates-Entertainment – Metro

Rihanna is said to have recorded two songs for the upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack, sending fans into overdrive.
While the world is patiently waiting for the artist to release new music after announcing she will perform at the Super Bowl in 2023, it seems as though we might have that wish granted sooner rather than later.
According to Hits Daily Double, there are whisperings of Rihanna having musical involvement in the sequel film.
They report that the movie will follow its predecessor by having an original score release as well as an ‘inspired by’ album, which will be released by Marvel and Disney, as well as Def Jam and Westbury Road.
While Rihanna has not yet addressed reports, news of her supposed involvement has sent the internet into meltdown, naturally.
Cries of ‘IT’S HAPPENING’ and ‘queen is coming back!!!!!!’ have quickly filled social media.

Fans are also busy predicting an Oscar win for Rihanna, with one person simply writing: ‘Best Original Song.’
Another wrote: ‘EASILY a nomination; and if it’s amazing; a potential winner.’
Rihanna was previously linked to Black Panther 2 in 2020 when her name appeared alongside the cast members on Google.

At the time, the Work singer quickly became a trending Twitter after eagle-eyed fans noticed she appeared with stars like Michael B Jordan, Letitia Wright and Lupita Nyong’o when they typed ‘Black Panther 2’ into the search engine.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is due to hit cinemas in just a matter of weeks.

The recently released trailer offered a glimpse at the family of King T’Challa, played by the late Chadwick Boseman, fighting to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of his death.
It also gave a sneaky look at a newly-suited Black Panther, the identity of whom has not yet been revealed.
