Here’s a tip: Don’t ask Megan Fox where her children are-Mel Evans-Entertainment – Metro

Don’t ask Megan Fox, or any mum, for that matter, where her kids are.

The actress did not take kindly to one troll apparently asking such a question, after she posted a classic thirst trap online this week.

The 36-year-old, who shares sons Noah, 10, Bodhi, eight, and Journey, six, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green – posted a series of snaps before one follower asked in what appeared to be a now-deleted comment, screenshotted for posterity by popular Instagram account @commentsbycelebs: ‘Where your kids at?’

Feeling the overwhelming urge for sarcasm, Megan crafted the perfect response.

According to the screenshot, she wrote: ‘Wait wait wait. I … have kids?!? Oh my god I knew I forgot something!!’

She went on: ‘Quick, someone call the valet at the Beverly Hills hotel. That’s the last place I remember seeing them. Maybe someone turned them into lost and found.’

Followers commented on the page’s post, with one writing: ‘Why don’t these people keep the same energy for the father?????’ and another musing: ‘Funny how no one is ever asking a man where his kids are.’

‘Megan has expressed several times she doesn’t want her kids posted on social media,’ another wrote. ‘Soooo because she doesn’t post them people assume she doesn’t have them? Right. Seems legit.’

Megan has previously hit back at the ‘absent mother’ trope, after ex-husband Brian – with it previously reported the pair share joint legal and physical custody of their three children – posted a picture with their son Journey in the background on Instagram.

The film star asked why it was necessary for him to share the photo and claimed that in doing so, he was pushing the ‘absent mother’ image.

In the snap, Brian can be seen dressed up in a costume for Halloween, while their four-year-old son is eating candy in the background.

He captioned it: ‘Hope you all had a good Halloween!!’

Not holding back, Megan commented: ‘Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in.

‘I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via Instagram.’

She continued: ‘You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.

‘You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human!

‘Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?’

Two hours after Megan had commented, her ex deleted the photo and re-uploaded it with Journey cropped out.

Earlier this year, Megan opened up in an interview with Glamour about the struggles as a working mum who is often away from her kids.

She said: ‘t is hard, because I travel for long periods of time and they have to attend school, which is what it is. I wish I could take them out to travel with me, it would make things a lot easier.’

Megan added: ‘I get in the bath and cry a lot about it because it is hard and not because of pressures that anybody else or society puts on you, but it is just hard being separated from them in that way. They are my DNA.’
