Charlotte Church and Luke Evans will be among the stars giving their verdicts on programmes for Celebrity Gogglebox’s Stand Up To Cancer special.
The Welsh singer and the Nine Perfect Stangers actor will give it a whirl at being a couch critic, alongside the Channel 4 show’s regular stars including Jenny and Lee and the Siddiquis.
Saying she was ‘thrilled’ to ‘cosy up’ to her ‘wonderful friend’, the DJ added: ‘Cancer affects so many – with one in two of us getting a diagnosis in our lifetime – so we’re delighted we can play a small part in supporting the incredible work being done by Stand Up To Cancer.’
Meanwhile, Luke, who has starred in The Pembrokeshire Murders and Clash of the Titans, said: ‘Cancer is a disease that doesn’t discriminate and robs people from living full and happy lives with their loved ones.
‘Sadly, cancer has affected everyone’s lives in some way. So, it means a lot that Charlotte and I can be involved in this year’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign.
‘I love the show so it’s a bit of a treat to be able to watch TV and enjoy some snacks, all for such a good cause – I can’t wait to see what we’ll be watching!’
According to The Sun, Gordon Ramsay and his daughter will also be teaming up for the Stand Up To Cancer special, with other famous faces also set to be announced.

In recent years, the famous sofa dwellers supporting the campaign have included Naomi Campbell, Noel Gallagher, the cast of Line of Duty, Graham Norton and Michelle Visage.
