Gisele Bundchen has filed for divorce from Tom Brady after 13 years of marriage, it has been claimed.

The supermodel is thought to have submitted documents to formally end her relationship to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers player, after intense speculation over their romance.

According to TMZ, the athlete is not contesting the divorce.

The publication reports that the former couple – who share children Benjamin and Vivian together – have spent much of the last month deciding on a settlement.

They reportedly reached an agreement on their property and custody arrangements, but this will remain confidential.

Tom and Gisele were first linked in 2006, following the fashionista’s split from Leonardo DiCaprio.

A mutual friend set the pair up on a blind date, and they announced their engagement at the beginning of 2009, after a three-year romance.

They tied the knot in a low-key ceremony in California just a few weeks later, before saying their ‘I dos’ in a second wedding in Costa Rica in April of that year.

Gisele welcomed their first child together, son Benjamin, in 2009, before introducing their daughter Vivian in 2012.

Tom is also dad to son Jack from a previous relationship.

Earlier this year, they both marked their wedding anniversary with touching posts.

‘13 years ago, we both said “I do” ….and you have been the best thing that ever happened to my life,’ Tom wrote beside a throwback from their big day.

‘I love you more now than I ever could have imagined. You are the best mother and wife and supporter in the world and I am blessed to call you my wife.

‘Te amo muito meu amor, happy anniversary @gisele.’

Posting the same photo, Gisele simply penned: ‘Happy anniversary love of my life! Te amo! @tombrady.’

They have yet to speak publicly about the divorce reports, which come after intense speculation that they had hit a rough patch in their relationship.

Despite neither addressing the claims, the Devil Wears Prada actress was seen without her ring on multiple times, sparking more claims of a split.
