I’m mid-size and I compared Lizzo’s Yitty shapewear to Kim Kardashian’s Skims bodysuit – the winner made me look amazing
WITH shapewear taking social media by storm recently, it seems as though more and more women are giving the figure-hugging underwear a try.
Not only are many high-street shops selling shapewear but celebrities including Kim Kardashian and singer Lizzo are also selling their own versions of the underwear.

One mid-size fashionista has put the two brands to the test and has given her honest reviews of both, as well as revealing which one is her favourite.
Taylor Made, a size 16 fashion fan, has 21.3k followers and 905.5k likes on TikTok and took to the video sharing platform to compare Yitty’s Nearly Naked Seamless Bodysuit to the Skims Core Sculpting Bodysuit.

She explained: “I love the colour of this bodysuit, I think it’s so gorgeous and I love the thick straps, it’s incredibly comfortable.

She continued: “Skims is on, I tried them on both back to back – the Skims fabric is a lot more buttery and soft but let me just zip these [jeans] up for you real quick.
“For sizing, I wear a 2-3X in Skims, based off of the size chart for this bodysuit”.
While Taylor looked great in both bodysuits, she then gave her honest verdict about which was her favourite.
She concluded: “For me today, Yitty is the winner – I like the design of this more, with the thicker straps, I just think it’s a bit more flattering for the girls [breasts].
“Both do a great job of zipping up the jeans and making me feel confident”.
Taylor’s video has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up a whopping 58.5k views.
