Kanye West appeared to make haste out of his son Saint’s football game in Los Angeles on the weekend, after a heated exchange with another side of field.

Kim Kardashian – Ye’s former wife and with whom he shares four children, North, Saint, Psalm and Chicago – was seen sitting and watching the game, but reportedly didn’t interact with the rapper, who has recently been dropped by several companies and lost his billionaire status after a string of anti-Semitic comments.

In a clip, Kanye is seen gesticulating to a woman walking towards him, who was seen sitting next to Kim in picnic chairs, in what seemed to be a tense communication.

The woman then turns to walk back in the direction of Kim, as Kanye walks from the field.

According to TMZ, who obtained the clip, the woman Kanye was speaking to is a ‘family friend’, while witnesses told the website Kanye ‘came back a few minutes later, seemingly after he had cooled off, and watched the rest of the game without incident’.

Kim recently spoke out against hate speech after her ex-husband was condemned for anti-Semitic comments, which prompted several brands, most notably Adidas, to end business with the rapper.

Taking to Twitter, Kim – who filed for divorce from the Yeezy designer last February – joined those speaking out in support of the Jewish community.

‘Hate speech is never OK or excusable,’ she wrote.

‘I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric towards them to come to an immediate end.’

Last week Adidas confirmed that it had ended its decade-long business with Kanye, ceasing production of Yeezy-branded products, while Vogue and Balenciaga also announced that they were cutting ties with the dad-of-four, and he was ‘dropped’ by his talent agency, as many stars voiced their fury at his words.

Last week, Piers Morgan interviewed Ye about his remarks on his TalkTV show Uncensored, during which he apologised to the people he’d hurt, after a tweet he posted threatening to go ‘Defcon 3 on Jewish people’.

‘I will say, I’m sorry for the people that I hurt with the DEFCON… the confusion that I caused,’ he said.

‘I feel like I caused hurt and confusion and I’m sorry for the families that had nothing to do with the trauma that I had been through. Hurt people hurt people – and I was hurt.’

That followed an appearance by the Gold Digger rapper at Paris Fashion Week in which he was seen wearing a ‘white lives matter’ T-shirt, which prompted Adidas to confirm its partnership with him was under review before they eventually cut ties.

Kanye has since apologised to both the Jewish and Black communities for causing upset with his recent remarks.
