Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hasn’t been out for even a week, but Dr Disrespect has already found something to complain about.
The love (but mostly) hate relationship between Call Of Duty and Dr Disrespect continues, even though he previously insisted that his harsh comments actually stem from his heart.
The controversial Twitch streamer wasted no time jumping on the Modern Warfare 2 hate train, but not before giving Overwatch 2 a chance – though he has since decided that its ranked system is ‘gutter trash’ after he placed in a low tier.
Modern Warfare 2 has received its own fair share of criticisms since its launch, as players have been facing several bugs and glitches, on top of branding its menu and UI as the ‘absolute worst.’ Still, the game has seen huge commercial success so far.
Dr Disrespect decided to share his own opinion about Modern Warfare 2, but his comments weren’t so much about the general problems everyone’s facing as about one of the game’s classic multiplayer modes.
During a recent stream, the Doc took to the Free-For-All mode to show off his COD skills, but it was a lot less fun than he expected.
He quickly labelled the mode as ‘one of the worst’ he’s ever experienced in his life, despite being known for liking Free-for-All.
‘This has got to be the worst Free-For-All Call Of Duty I’ve ever experienced in my life, I hate it,’ the Doc said.
He then went on to explain the mode’s major flaw was its tendency to punish players who are on the move.
‘I can’t move around, I can’t sprint around,’ he complained.
When playing Free-For-All, you drop solo with the goal of eliminating everyone else before they do the same to you.
You can end the match if you manage to get 30 eliminations, with the top three performers claiming victory, so it makes sense that speed and stealth would be essential.
Dr Disrespect then claimed that Modern Warfare 2 caters more to a stationary playstyle, rather than an aggressively offensive one.

This means that the more he moved around the map hunting players the more frustrating his experience became.
In this case, Dr Disrespect’s comments weren’t completely unfair, as he pointed out that as soon as he moved out of his spawn spot, another player appeared right behind him, which is another issue players have been experiencing post-launch.
When he’s not slamming every Call Of Duty game ever made, the Doc is usually ranting on Twitter.
This time, he offered the platform’s newly appointed CEO Elon Musk some unsolicited advice about the rumoured changes to Twitter’s verification system, so it seems like the Doc could be a man of many virtues after all.
