Live entertainers are used to hecklers but it’s safe to say Rhea Ripley wasn’t expected this rather rude request from a fan at a recent live WWE show.

Over the weekend, the company rolled into Mexico as Rhea teamed up with Judgment Day teammates Damian Priest and Finn Balor in a losing effort against Raquel Rodriguez, AJ Styles and Rey Mysterio, and a ringside exchange with someone in the crowd led to a rather awkward moment.

In a video shared on Twitter, Rhea – who has admitted she loves getting fans ‘wound up’ with her on-screen antics – can be seen shouting out to a fan out of view for making an outrageous comment in her direction.

‘Dirty, dirty little boy,’ she said, before telling Dominik Mysterio that the fan told her to ‘spit in his face’.

Thankfully, Rhea seemed to be taking the joking comment in her stride and seemed amused as she told Dom what went down, and she has since shared a video of the incident on Twitter.

In a much more wholesome exchange, the former Raw Women’s Champion had some fun at another fan’s expense with a different clip showing her untying someone’s shoelaces while she was lay on the ground at ringside.

‘That sneaky @RheaRipley_WWE strikes again,’ joked WWE’s official Twitter account, while Rhea herself added: ‘No one’s safe’.

The star is often a hot topic of conversation on social media after shows, whether it’s because she’s been calling herself Dom’s ‘papi’, beating up his dad Rey or even her, erm, unique ways of pinning her opponents.

Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk about her antics and the reaction online, she laughed: ‘Oh I’ve seen! Being a menace is the one thing I really enjoy doing, so I’m loving every second of it picking on everyone.’

She admitted she ‘relishes’ the chance to manipulate the fans to get a reaction, and seeing the response just eggs her on to keep developing the persona on screen.

She added: ‘A lot, I guess! I mean, i relish in it, I really do. I enjoy every second – especially knowing how worked up everyone’s gonna be about it. That just drives me to being more of a menace in a way! [laughs] But yeah, I love what I do, I am enjoying it!’

This weekend, Rhea will be at ringside as her Judgment Day friends Dom, Finn and Damian take on the trio of AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.

Crown Jewel airs Saturday, November 5 at 4pm on the WWE Network.
