Mike Tindall will ‘mind what he says’ about the Royal Family on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here, his pal James Haskell has said.
The former rugby pro and husband to Princess Anne’s daughter Zara Phillips is one of this series’ most well-known stars and has headed to the jungle alongside the likes of Boy George, Chris Moyles, and Jill Scott.
He’s the first ever member of the Royal Family to appear on the show, meaning fans are eager for him to dish any gossip about life as a Royal.
However, former I’m A Celeb star James, who’s close friends with Mike, has suggested that he’s going to keep quiet.
Susanna Reid asked him on Good Morning Britain: ‘Will Mike mind what he says?’
‘Yes, I think so, but you always do,’ James responded. ‘Mike’s quite a private guy anyway, he’s part of one of the most famous and best families in the world.’

Asked if Zara will go to Australia to support him, James added: ‘I think she will, yeah, I think she’ll be out there hopefully’.
He went on to say that he’s rooting for his pal to win, but has also been impressed by Lionesses star Jill and Corrie star Sue Cleaver.
Mike previously confirmed that conversations were had with the Royal Family before he set foot in the jungle, telling Metro.co.uk and other press: ‘I had a few conversations but they’re between me and them.’

He added that he has ‘no idea’ who, if anyone, in the Royal Family will be voting him in to be doing any Bushtucker trials.
Speaking about his wife’s reaction, Mike added: ‘She knows I like throwing myself into things, so yeah, she’s been really good with it to be fair.’
In his pre-camp interview Mike revealed that he has been asked to do I’m A Celebrity on several occasions in the past.
He finally accepted the offer this year after being convinced by his friend James.
‘I am used to doing something where you know if you do the best you can, you can win. This isn’t that set up,’ Mike said, comparing his future time in the jungle to his career in rugby.
‘All I would hope to do is be useful to the group. Winning is out of your control.’
I’m A Celebrity continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
