I’m a fashion pro – I think it looks stupid to wear bras as shirts except in a certain combo, people say I’m a hypocrite

REVEALING outfits will always be up for debate on whether they’re appropriate or nice, but one woman particularly stirred the pot.

Fashion content creator Eva Evans shared a “controversial” take on how bras can and can’t be styled, and she had many people offended.

Eva filmed herself in an Instagram Reel wearing a navy pinstripe suit without a shirt on underneath. Instead, she wore an exposed white lace bra.

“Apparently this is a controversial opinion, but a bra is not a shirt,” Eva said in her video.

“You don’t look sexy when you wear a bra as a shirt,” she continued.

It was first unclear whether or not she was using her outfit as an example and dissing it.

Her opinion got more harsh as she said: “You look stupid, like you forgot to put a shirt on.

“However, a bra can be an accent, perhaps an accessory,” she said.

Eva showed off her outfit with a pose when she said bras could be accessories, seemingly thinking that she was wearing her bra as an accessory rather than as a shirt.

In her caption, she doubled down, writing: “PSA because I’m tired of seeing all them H&M bras at the dinner table smh.”

Many people called out Eva’s hypocrisy since she was actually wearing what she said she hated.

“Like you’re doing in this video???” one person asked, while another commented: “Are you not wearing a bra as a shirt right now?”

“Is this sarcasm?? I’m confused,” someone wrote, and another echoed: “When I can’t tell if this is satire.”

Continuing on that note, another person wrote: “Love when people say ‘This is controversial’ when they really mean ‘I wanna be insulting towards people but still excuse myself in doing the same behavior as them’.”

Others simply were appalled that Eva would put down other women for how they choose to dress themselves.
