Rihanna gives fans ‘goosebumps’ with sultry opening to star-studded Savage x Fenty Vol 4: ‘We are not worthy!’-Rebecca Sayce-Entertainment – Metro

Rihanna took centre stage as she opened the eye-popping Savage x Fenty episode 4 – and it was every bit as surreal and sensational as you could imagine.
The pop sensation, 34, launched the eagerly-anticipated show in dramatic fashion, appearing on top of the trunk of a fallen tree in a misty forest.
She donned a jaw-dropping blue corset and sheer black trousers for the show, which debuted on Amazon Prime Video today (Wednesday, November 9).
Cara Delevigne, Simu Liu, Irina Shayk, Joan Smalls, Lilly Singh, Damson Idris, and Taraji P Henson were among the models showcasing pieces from the Lift Me Up hitmaker’s lingerie brand’s latest collection.
Instead of a traditional catwalk, the models made their way through a forest landscape complete with fallen leaves and moss while a troupe of dancers performed around them.
The show also featured musical performances from the likes of Burna Boy, Anitta, and Don Tolliver.

Johnny Depp also made an appearance during the show, strutting toward the camera to Outkast’s classic hit So Fresh, So Clean.
This came despite mounting backlash from critics who questioned Rihanna’s decision to cast Depp in the show in light of his bombshell libel trial against ex-wife Amber Heard this summer, which revealed shocking details of their tumultuous marriage.
Rihanna has not addressed the backlash surrounding Depp’s casting and seemed to have been unfazed by calls to boycott the show.

Fans have already taken to social media to talk about the opulent show, praising everything from the lingerie being modelled to the choreography.
‘Best damn show yet. Everything was perfect, music, clothes, choreography, models, ERRRYTHANG and Miss Riri, You killed itttt!!!!’ One Twitter user posted.
Another replied directly to a post from Rihanna on Twitter, saying: ‘Amazing as always! Goosebumps all over my body the entire time 🙂 so beautiful to see all the colors shapes and sizes. Thank u for all the great work and i cant wait to see u performe at the superbowl!’
A third added: ‘The choreography and dancers in the #SavageXFentyShowVol4 are incredible. I have no words.’
The show was the follow-up to the Emmy-winning Vol 3, which starred Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon, Gigi Hadid, and Vanessa Hudgens.
It also featured performances from Nas, Daddy Yankee, Ricky Martin, Normani, and more.
The release for Vol 4 said: ‘The trailblazing event is raising the bar yet again with a new all-star lineup of models, actors, some of the biggest names in music.’

The show is described as ‘a seductive fashion fever dream, this year’s show blends Emmy award-winning choreography, style, and music with the hypnotic essence of nocturnal nature.’
‘Featuring a star-studded cast all wearing the newest Savage X Fenty looks, the show is an un-missable visual feast,’ the release continues.
