Bianca Belair has promised she is fully committed to WWE despite making moves in Hollywood.
Earlier this year, the Raw Women’s Champion signed with major talent agency WME – which represents big stars from Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Alba to Ben Affleck and Hugh Jackman – and she is keen to explore more avenues after hitting superstardom in the wrestling world.
She exclusively told Metro.co.uk: ‘I’m super excited for it. I’m someone who – I don’t like to sit still at all, I like to do everything. I like to utilise all of my talents. At one pint in my life i’d have never thought of being a WWE superstar, and now I am!’
However, she pointed out now she couldn’t imagine calling herself anything else, and the EST of WWE has insisted she’s ‘just getting started’.
‘I can’t think of myself as anything other than a WWE superstar! I’m still in the business, I’m just getting started, I’m still honing my craft,’ she explained.
‘I have so much more to do, but right now I’m just multitasking and go outside the wrestling bubble and bring more eyes to the product. that’s my goal.’
By chasing some Hollywood dreams, she will find herself following in the footsteps of the likes of John Cena and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and sharing the screen with either man would be a big moment for Bianca.
‘I would love to! One day, it would be a dream come true if I was in a movie with The Rock or John Cena,’ she added. ‘They’re the ones that have the blueprint of transitioning and doing multiple things. That’d be a dream come true.’
Bianca has already made history both in and out of the ring, and earlier this year she found herself collaborating with Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty brand on Instagram and at the time she revealed she’d love to take that partnership between the ropes to win the Women’s Tag Team Championships.
She told Metro.co.uk at the time: ‘When she’s ready to come back, I would love that! Come tag team with me, we can be tag team champions! I think we would break the internet with that one!’
Bianca, who beat Bayley to retain the Raw Women’s Title at Crown Jewel earlier this month, has the entertainment world at her feet it’ll be fascinating to see where she goes from here.
WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
