Frankie Grande was ‘attacked and robbed’ while in New York last week, it has been claimed.
The 39-year-old – brother of Ariana Grande – was strolling around the city on Wednesday evening when he was struck by two teenagers.
According to TMZ, a 17-year-old and a 13-year-old took the Titanique actor’s bag and attempted to use his credit card at a nearby smoke shop, before being taken into custody.
‘On Wednesday November 9, 2022, at approximately 1830 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a robbery in front of 689 8 Avenue in the confines of the Manhattan South Precinct,’ a spokesperson for the NYPD told Metro.co.uk in a statement.
‘A preliminary investigation determined that a 39-year-old male was walking north on 8th Avenue when he was struck from behind by two males who removed his bag.
‘The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

‘Two individuals a 13-year-old male and 17-year-old male were taken into custody a short distance away.’
They were both charged with two counts of robbery and grand larceny, as well as assault, unlawful use of a credit card, criminal possession of a weapon and of stolen property, menacing and harassment.
The younger of the duo was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Frankie, who refused medical attention after the incident, has yet to speak out.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star is currently in New York while starring in an incredible production of Titanique – a Celine Dion jukebox musical parody of Titanic.
He recently lifted the lid on his latest adventures on stage, telling Metro.co.uk that it was an instant yes when the offer came in.
‘It is so silly and so up my alley. There was no option, I just said yes,’ he enthused. ‘It is the most fun, we have such a wonderful cast. We are idiots backstage, we are idiots onstage.
