The Great British Bake Off finalists have got a tough hill to climb during tonight’s finale after the bakers fail to impress with their creations.

After 12 weeks, it all comes to a head tonight as  Syabira, Sandro and Abdul will be battling it out for the coveted title.

However, things go downhill after judge Prue Leith assigns the contestants to make a summer pudding bomb, with no instructions!

Moments before the two-hour time limit ends, Syabira says: ‘This is a disaster.’

According to The Mirror, judge Paul Hollywood declares one of them a winner, but says the only half set dessert’ is not worth any applause’.

‘Don’t clap,’ he says while laughing!

Talk about taking no prisoners!

For the final showstopper of the series, the stars must create an elaborate edible sculpture based on the theme of ‘our beautiful planet.’

But while certain aspects are met with praise, the judges also branded the masterpieces ‘burnt’ ‘messy’ and even a ‘proper failure.’

In the teaser ahead of tonight’s showdown, a tense Syabira can be heard saying: ‘Oh I’m so stressed, how many minutes do we have left?’
