Brooklyn Peltz Beckham is taking his career as a chef to a new level with a new docuseries, where he’ll be challenged to cook in established restaurants.

The 23-year-old son of footballing legend David Beckham and Spice Girl Victoria already hosted a Facebook eight-part series showcasing his love for home cooking, Cookin’ With Brooklyn.

But now Brooklyn is turning towards a docuseries, despite admitting that he’s ‘not a professional chef – at all’.

He admitted to Bustle: ‘I’ve never said that. I never would say that. Obviously, my dad knew what he was doing at a very young age. I’ve only been doing cooking for not even three years.’

He added: ‘It’s okay to be 25, 26, or even 30 and not know what you’re doing yet. You know what I mean?’

Cookin’ with Brooklyn gained a lot of attention earlier this year when it aired, with reports stating a sandwich took $100,000 (£74,000) to make, and apparently the eight-minute show had a reported crew of 62 people to film him make a bagel sandwich with coleslaw, a hash brown and fried sea bream.

The show had received mixed reviews after some ridiculed Brooklyn’s cooking skills which included him making an English breakfast sandwich on the Today Show.

But now, he’s moving onto his next project, which is said to be in the early stages.

He told Bustle that he’s in the works of shooting a new docuseries in which he’ll be cooking on the line in established restaurants.

While he didn’t reveal any further details about his new show, we’re already desperate to see what’s to come.

Elsewhere, Brooklyn denied any feud between his famous mother and wife, saying: ‘People love to write stuff, always love to write rubbish, and they write it because it goes everywhere and everyone talks about it.’

Gushing over his wife, Brooklyn admitted his future dream of opening a ‘proper English pub’ will be named after ‘something to do with her’, adding: ‘I mean this is definitely a woman’s world. And guys are just living in it. The girls are in charge.’

Metro.co.uk has approached Brooklyn’s reps for comment.
