I’m a fashion whizz and you’ve been wearing your shoes all wrong – tying laces in a bow is totally dated for starters
YOU might think you know how to wear shoes properly, but you could be wrong.
At least according to fashion whizz Shea Whitney, who reckons people always make the same mistakes when it comes to their footwear.

Sharing on her YouTube channel, Shea explained that wearing your shoes the wrong way can totally ruin your look, so it’s important to get it right.
Luckily, most of the time you only need to make one small change to get it right.
When it comes to wearing ankle boots it can be hard to know what you’re supposed to do with your jeans.
Do you cuff them? Tuck them in? Buy shorter Jeans?

According to Shea it all depends on the look you’re going for, but there should never be too much ankle on show.
“The sweet spot is just showing a very small slither of your ankle,” she explained.
And if you do cuff them, make sure it’s not just one big roll, “I just think that’s so out of style now,” Shea said.
When it comes to chunky boots it’s best to avoid skinny jeans, since they can make your feet look ‘”clownish” and off balance.

If you’re a trainers person, tying your laces in a bow is a big no-no.
Just type your laces a tiny bit looser than normal so you can slide the bow under the tongue of the shoe keep it out of sight.
“That way your foot can slip right in and it’s like magic,” the fashion lover explained.
