I’m a fashion fan, I went to Primark & it was so hit and miss – here’s the sections to visit and what to avoid

A FASHION fan has shared her thoughts on Primark’s latest additions, including the departments she couldn’t get enough of – and those she thought were best avoided. 

TikTok user Lydia, whose profile is @lydiamorganlucy, documented her recent shopping trip to the popular high street store.

Lydia then filmed herself checking out each section, as she revealed the items that had caught her eye.

She explained to her followers: “I popped into Primark yesterday for a nosey.”

The camera then cut to the jumper section, including several festive knits. 

Giving her take on them, Lydia continued: “Very bright and colourful for this time of year.”

However, she then added that “the Christmas jumpers were not giving” and she “wasn’t sure” how she felt about their range of knitted vests.

Lydia was equally unimpressed when it came to their pyjamas department.

Despite pinpointing a few items, including a teddy hoodie and another one covered in a fried egg design and some socks, Lydia continued to describe it as “bitterly disappointing.” 

But it’s not all bad news for Primark fans, as the fashionista also spotted plenty of must buys.

Lydia was much more complimentary about the popular North Face dupe coat in beige and khaki.

As she gave her followers a glimpse of the stylish bargain, she said: “I love this North Face dupe and for £35, it’s so cheap.”

Similarly, she couldn’t get enough of a black leather look Zara dupe jacket for £35, and a checked, oversized shacket for £25, which she said could easily have been from H&M.

Elsewhere, she liked the look of a cream beanie hat with a monogrammed initial on it, the infamous velvet plush leggings and a Grinch hoodie and blanket that she found in the Christmas section. 

Finally, she sang the praises of the shoe department, as she said: “If you haven’t tried Primark heels, you need to – they’re so comfy.”
