Adele has left fans at her Las Vegas residency stunned as she appeared to vanish into a cloud of confetti on stage.
The singer, 34, finally kicked off the long-awaited run of shows at the Colosseum at the Caesars Palace hotel on Friday after postponing it from its original start date of January after telling fans her production as not yet ready due to Covid delays.
Well, it appears the extra few months of waiting was worth it for those fans who managed to get tickets as her staging left many of them in awe.
Concertgoers took to social media to marvel at one particular moment at the end of Adele’s show, where the singer appeared to vanish into thin air as a blast of confetti rained down.
As the pink confetti cleared, the spot where the singer had been standing was empty, leading fans to speculate how she’d made such a swift and seamless exit.
They tweeted: ‘That slow motion of @Adele magically disappearing at the end of her show though…’ and ‘Did she like- go through the stage or smthing’.

Others added: ‘You are telling me Adele sang Love Is A Game and disappeared into confetti, I would’ve sobbed even more’ and ‘love the fact that Adele’s magical exit with the confetti have gone viral everywhere.’
Fans were even more excited to find out that white confetti which rained down on the crowd was also adorned with photos of the singer when she was younger, including baby photos of herself alongside lyrics.
Pink and red heart confetti was also blasted onto the crowd featuring handwritten messages from the singer, including ‘better late than never’ and ‘thank you for coming’.
She had previously taken to social media to tell her followers how nervous she was about finally taking the stage for Weekends With Adele.
Adele shared alongside a photo of her in rehearsal before the first show: ‘I’m feeling all sorts as I write this. I’m highly emotional, incredibly nervous but can’t sit still because I’m so excited.
‘I feel a million miles away from home, I can’t stop thinking about when I was little and saw Tom Jones in Mars Attacks and thought blimey how did he get from Wales to Las Vegas!?
‘I always get scared before shows, and I take it as a good sign because it means I care and means I just want to do a good job.
‘Maybe it’s because I didn’t start when I was supposed to. Maybe it’s because it’s opening night, maybe it’s because Hyde Park went so great, maybe its because I love the show I don’t know.
‘But it’s safe to say I’ve never been more nervous before a show in my career, but at the same time I wish today was tomorrow! I can’t wait to see you out there x.’
