WWE is bringing Survivor Series War Games to the masses with two huge matches this weekend.
In a matter of hours, the legendary and brutal battleground – which is sometimes style as WarGames – will make its first appearance on a main roster premium live event as the company shakes up the Survivor Series format.
Over the past 35 years, WWE’s second-longest running flagship show has hinged on the traditional five-on-five elimination matches, but many fans grew disillusioned with more recent attempts at the forced idea of ‘brand warfare’ between Raw and Smackdown.
Thankfully, new boss Triple H has made sure that’s a thing of the past, and instead rebranded the event as Survivor Series War Games, having already brought back the iconic match as its own NXT show.
Now, the likes of The Bloodline, the Brawling Brutes, Damage CTRL and Bianca Belair’s all star squad are set do battle inside the formidable two cage structure.
There are plenty of subplots, from Sami Zayn’s issues with Jey Uso and the added Kevin Owens factor, to Becky Lynch’s epic return on SmackDown to join Team Bianca, while the non-War Games matches offer plenty of potential too.
As ever, we’ve put together our regular guide with all the matches, streaming details and more, and here’s everything you need to know about the show…

What can you expect from WWE Survivor Series War Games? Predictions for the show
Once again, a premium live event rolls round and WWE looks almost certain to deliver a spectacular show.
Even before Triple H took over creative, fans could typically rely on the company’s big events rising to the occasion, but more recently they’ve been treated to weekly shows and storytelling enhancing the whole experience.
At Survivor Series, the WarGames matches see months of twists and turns culminating in two brutal bouts, first with The Bloodline facing the Brawling Brutes and their allies.
WWE superstar Becky Lynch returns on SmackDown and stands with Alexa Bliss, Mia Yim, Bianca Belair and Asuka for Survivor Series War Games
Look to Roman Reigns and his family to get the win here, but the subplots involving Sami Zayn, Jey Uso and Kevin Owens will be fascinating to watch play out.
In the other WarGames match, Team Bianca should secure the win here, although Bayley and Damage CTRL are in need of a big moment after their moment has stalled somewhat since their exciting arrival at SummerSlam.
Ronda Rousey’s run as SmackDown Women’s Champion doesn’t seem to be under much threat from Shotzi, but fans will hope she can at least provide a valiant challenge.
AJ Styles and Finn Balor will be an absolute banger with The O.C.’s leading man in need of a big win, while the United States Title match is less predictable than it may seem.
While Seth Rollins should keep the gold, Bobby Lashley is a dominating competitor who can never be ruled out, while Austin Theory is suddenly on the upswing despite losing the Money In The Bank briefcase in baffling fashion.
