1000Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton is officially married.

The 36-year-old has tied the knot with Caleb Willingham, 39, in a low-key ceremony, surrounded by their loved ones.

Sister Amy Slaton, who she fronts the popular TLC series with, was on hand to mark the day – held at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Ohio.

In a sweet clip making the rounds on TikTok, the mom-of-two enthused: ‘Hey y’all, there is no more Slaton sisters. I would love to present to y’all the Willinghams.’

The bride then declared: ‘You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you’ll all know me as Mrs Tammy Willingham,’ she excitedly told the camera.

‘I’m married now!’

‘Stay tuned for season four of 1000lb Sisters,’ she added.

Tammy donned a white dress for the day, complete with a sparkly silver tiara and white veil.

She clutched a huge bouquet of colorful flowers in her hands and was seen sitting in a wheelchair after saying her ‘I dos’ with Caleb.

The groom looked smart for the ceremony in a black shirt and brown suspenders, with a sunflower pinned onto his lapel.

According to People Magazine, the lovebirds met while seeking treatment at the center and soon started dating.

Caleb is thought to have popped the question in October, before they set about planning a whirlwind ceremony.

They held a small celebration earlier this month with around 30 guests in attendance, a TLC source told the outlet.

Not everyone was able to get on the guestlist for the ceremony, but hopefully fans will be able to see their love story unfold on the next series of 1000Lb Sisters.

Thankfully, we don’t have long to wait as the new season arrives in the new year.

Earlier this year, Tammy sparked concern when she was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment and placed on a ventilator, after she stopped breathing at a weight loss facility.

The worrying scenes aired in the season three finale, showing the emotional moment that doctors informed her family that her body was ‘shutting down’.

After being told that experts were unsure whether she would survive the next few hours, they set about making ‘funeral arrangements’, and imagining the worst-case scenario.

Thankfully she woke up and was given a tracheotomy and was able to recuperate before continuing with her transformation.

Tammy took a step back from the spotlight to work on her recovery, which will be a huge part of the upcoming episodes.

1000Lb Sisters will return on January 17, 2023, on TLC.
