Jennifer Lopez has spilled the beans on Ben Affleck’s poignant hidden message in her engagement ring, following their surprise reunion.
The couple sent fans into a spin when they rekindled their romance last year, nearly two decades after they initially started dating.
Bennifer 2.0 didn’t waste any time and got engaged in April of this year– tying the knot in a low-key Las Vegas ceremony just weeks later, before throwing a lavish bash in August.
J Lo lifted the lid on their reconciliation in a new interview to celebrate the release of her upcoming album, This Is Me… Now, insisting that there are ‘no questions’ over where they stand with each other.
The 53-year-old shared that her beau, 50, even had the sentiment – aka ‘Not. Going. Anywhere.’ engraved in the huge sparkler that he popped the question with.
‘That’s how he would sign his emails when we started talking again,’ she told Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1. ‘Like, “Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere”.’

The phrase and resulting inscription meant so much to the Hustlers actress that she has named a song on her new album – track number six, to be precise – after the message.
‘You can get a second chance if you do the work and you don’t give up,’ she continued. ‘As an artist, the only reason I’m here is to share what I know, what I’ve learned and what I go through.’
Jennifer announced her return to the charts last week, unveiling her follow-up album to 2002’s This Is Me… Then, which focused on her former relationship with the Batman actor.

However, after they initially called off their engagement and went their separate ways, the Love Don’t Cost A Thing star explained that she couldn’t bring herself to perform those tracks.
‘I wouldn’t even perform these records. It was so painful after we broke up,’ she continued. ‘Once we called off that wedding 20 years ago, it was the biggest heartbreak of my life, and I honestly felt like I was going to die.

‘So I didn’t make music in that way that I did in 2002 until now… It set me on a spiral for the next 18 years where I just couldn’t get it right.
‘But now, 20 years later, it does have a happy ending. It has the most, would never happen in Hollywood ending.’
