Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs the World star Victoria Scone made Drag Queen history when she donned an epic drag king look.

The performer, 29, first shot to fame on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, where she was the first ever cis woman to appear on the beloved franchise.

The Portsmouth-born queen came in 10th place in the 2021 edition of the programme and is currently having another whirl on the runway in Canada vs the World.

The series, a spin-off from Canada’s Drag Race, launched in November and sees stars from international versions of the show trying their hardest not to sashay away.

Victoria, who is now based in Cardiff, strutted her stuff on Friday’s edition of Canada vs the World, which had an ‘Air, Body and Lace’ theme and transformed into drag king Victor Stone.

Announcing her incredible look, Victoria explained: ‘Hello, world. I’m Victor Stone, and I’ve come to take over this competition.

Category is… Air Body Lace 💘 #CanadasDragRace

‘The fantasy is: I just got off a horse and I smell like money and man.’

And judges Brooke Lynn Hytes, Brad Goreski and Traci Melchor were absolutely loving the outfit, with one of them remarking: ‘Is anyone else turned on?

Reflecting on the performance, Victoria continued: ‘It’s a bit of a love letter, because I don’t perform as a drag king. I’m just doing it to prove a point.

‘Because people love to say that drag kings couldn’t possibly be judged on the same level as us, and, tonight, I have proven that wrong. I didn’t just step my p***y up, I stepped my junk up.’

Unsurprisingly, Victoria was named the top international queen of the week alongside American performer Silky Nutmeg Ganache, 31.

Victoria also took to Twitter to speak about the use of the word ‘fishy’ in relation to drag, having previously explained in an episode why she found it offensive.

Y’all know fish is a banned word in the UK franchise of drag race right? Cast are categorically not allowed to say it. It was said in season 3 (wasn’t aired). So much so that they changed Ru’s OWN SONG in the finale of season 4 to ‘flashy’. The BBC recognise this words meaning.
