Strictly Come Dancing star Molly Rainford has admitted to struggling with trolls and said she tries not to look at her social media during her time on the show.
The CBBC presenter is absolutely smashing it in the dancing competition with pro partner Carlos Gu, but has faced the dreaded dance-off four times, most recently after performing a Charleston to Hot Honey Rag from Chicago.
Molly, 22, explained that, after seeing nasty comments about her performance, she’s stopped looking at social media altogether.
‘Everyone has an opinion on Strictly. Everyone is a judge, which can be hard,’ she explained.
‘I’ve had to learn not to look at all the comments and just focus on myself and the dance. I’ve really had to try not to take everyone’s comments to heart.’
She added to The Mirror: ‘There have been so many more positive comments than negative ones but it’s easier to focus on the negative ones if you’re not careful.’
During the latest dance-off, the judges chose to save Molly and Carlos over Kym Marsh and Graziano Di Prima, who were sent home.
After discovering her fate, Kym spoke of wanting to make her father, who has been receiving treatment in hospital following his prostate cancer diagnosis, happy.
She said: ‘My dad has been so proud and it’s kind of kept him going.

‘When he was in hospital last week, and obviously we weren’t here, all these guys sent him videos and it meant such a lot.
‘My grandchildren are so proud.’
Asked if she had any final words, Kym added: ‘Honestly I’ve loved every single second that I’ve been here. I never thought I’d get to this stage in a million years.
‘I have to say, it’s all down to this man (Graziano) here, he is just wonderful and he will be my friend forever.
‘But what a journey it’s been, this show is just wonderful, it shows you things about yourself you don’t know, it shows you how tough you can be.
‘Everybody, the crew, the celebs, the pros, costume, make-up, everyone is amazing. I’ve had the best time, so thank you.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Sunday at 7:15pm on BBC One.
