Aerosmith has cancelled a second show after frontman Steven Tyler fell ill.
The band were forced to pull out of their show in Las Vegas on Friday, and have now informed fans that Monday’s show is also cancelled.
A statement from the band read: ‘Unfortunately tomorrow’s show, Monday December 5th, in Las Vegas has to be cancelled.
‘Steven Tyler said “on the advice of my doctor, I’m taking more time to rest… there is nowhere we’d rather be than on stage surrounded by the greatest fans in the world..”
‘We sincerely apologize.
‘Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com will be automatically refunded. All other refunds will be available at point of purchase.’
Fans were quick to send well-wishes, with one commenting: ‘🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️ Sending Tons Of LOVE.’
‘Take care, Steve ❤️🙏🏼,’ another added, while one more said: ‘Rest is important. 🤍 All my love to you guys, and I hope Steven feels better soon ❤️.’
The band’s next scheduled show is on Thursday, again at the Dolby Live in Las Vegas.
It was previously announced that Steven was expected to make a ‘full recovery’ for Monday night’s show.

Steven recently helped Eminem out with his Rock & Roll Hall of Fame performance, with the rapper being inducted in November.
The rapper brought out friends aplenty, including Aerosmith’s Steven to sing Dream On (the song Eminem sampled for his track Sing For The Moment), and Ed Sheeran to sing the chorus on the rapper’s hit Stan (sampled from Dido’s Thank You).
Earlier this year, the star checked into rehab following a relapse. After he left the facility, he was said to be doing ‘amazingly well’.
The source added to TMZ that he is ‘realistic’ about his recovery and recognizes his addiction struggles.
There’s no suggestion his recent illness has anything to do with his past addiction struggles.
