So one woman was thrilled when she came across some socks in her local Primark, which she said would be a “game changer” for her this winter.

“This isn’t an ad and I’m not being paid to say this but I think I’ve found one of the best products that’s going to keep me warm this winter,” Jo said in a video on her This Mum Cooks TikTok page.
“So I was out with my daughter yesterday.
“She wanted to go into Primark so I went with her.
“And I know it’s going to get really cold this week.
“I work from home and I’ve kind of got myself in a situation where I can manage without the heating on during the day, but the one thing that gets really cold is my feet.
“And yesterday in Primark I came across these socks.”
She then showed the socks – one pair in green and one in cream – and gushed: “How thick are these?”
“Two pairs were £4.50,” she added.
“Honestly, these are going to be an absolute game changer for me this winter.”
