Seann Walsh has not held back during his return to stand-up, letting loose about fellow I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! campmate Matt Hancock while also revealing the real reason he signed up for the show.
Since returning home after leaving the jungle, Seann has not only been busy preparing for the birth of his first child with girlfriend Grace Adderley, but has also hit the stage again.
This week, he is performing his show Seann Walsh: Is Dead, Happy Now? In London and audience members were recently privy to some goss about what went down in Australia.
Although they seemed to get on well enough while living together for nearly three weeks, Seann 37, took a swipe at Hancock, 44, by labelling him a four-letter expletive.
Recalling how he felt in the aftermath of the ‘Strictly scandal’, where he was caught kissing his professional dance partner Katya Jones in 2018, Seann asked the audience if they ever had ‘an entire country think you’re a c***?’.
‘It’s quite a lot to take. It’s quite difficult when an entire country gets together and decide you’re a c***,’ he added, according to reports in The Sun.

‘You don’t really know how to deal with it.
‘Unless of course, you’re Matt Hancock, and you just come third in the jungle.’
However he did admit he had formed a friendship with Hancock, joking that the experience was so surreal that it might have just been a ‘jet lag dream’.
‘I had this dream I was stood in what seemed like a jungle and Matt Hancock appeared from the bushes and we became undercover moles and then friends,’ he said.
Seann also let the audience in on a little secret – just why he had decided to put himself through one of the craziest shows a celebrity could sign up for.

While Seann had previously said he ‘wanted to create new memories’ and was hoping that people would ‘see I am very different’, the money obviously made it a sweeter deal.
Although it may be uncertain what Seann might have been paid for appearing, there were rumours that Hancock picked up a £400,000 paycheck.
During his comedy show, Seann said that while he made plenty of money in his twenties for his Live at the Apollo gigs, he was never the type of person to put it aside and save for the future.
‘I didn’t realise I had a lot of money. I had so much. It’s insane how much money I had,’ he said.
However while he told the audience he would have loved to have said he blew it with Wolf of Wall Street type antics, he just ‘wasn’t paying attention to a variable mortgage’.
Although Seann spoke about how he thought his ‘career was dead’ in the wake of what unfolded during his time on Strictly, he was quite literally now having the last laugh.
‘Here we are. Sold out, as well. It’s amazing. About three weeks ago I couldn’t sell out a phone box,’ he said.

Upon exiting the jungle Seann said that while it had been ‘tough’, he had been left with ‘absolutely incredible memories’.
He also praised Hancock, saying: ‘He was absolutely lovely and he’s still there for a reason, he’s a lovely guy, he’s very funny.’
