The 1000Lb Sisters season four trailer is here and things are looking concerning for Tammy Slaton.
Viewers will know that the third series ended with the TLC star being rushed to hospital over her health issues, after she stopped breathing at a weight loss facility.
Thankfully, the 36-year-old – who recently married Caleb Willingham in a rehab center – was able to recover enough to continue with her transformation but the upcoming episodes revealed more troubles on the horizon.
‘I’ve decided to go to rehab,’ she could be heard saying at the beginning of the brief teaser, as sister Amy Slaton said: ‘Her body is shutting down.’
In one worrying moment, she appeared in a doctor’s office as the health expert warned: ‘I told you Tammy, you have real risks.’
As she voiced her struggles with being ‘so far away’ from her loved ones, her brother Chris cautiously added: ‘[If] she don’t get the surgery, she’s going to die because of her weight.’

Tammy’s recovery and battle to health will be a huge part of the upcoming episodes, as well as her whirlwind romance with Caleb – who she married at the rehab center last month.
Elsewhere in the trailer, Amy was seen preparing to add to her family with husband Michael Halterman, before welcoming their second son in July.

‘We’re expecting another child,’ her partner announced, as she excitedly said: ‘Baby number two, y’all!’
Her journey to give birth to baby boy Glenn wasn’t without complications, as she told the camera: ‘The doctor has concerns with this baby because I’m still having a lot of pain.’
Alongside the trailer, shared on the official TLC Instagram page, a message read: ‘The Slaton Sisters are coming back Jan. 17!
‘Get ready for another season of sibling fights, doctor visits, and plenty of shenanigans! #1000lbSisters.’
Fans were living for the clip, with one commenting: ‘Yass cannot wait to see Tammy’s Love story unfold.’
