Matching tattoos are almost never a good idea, but we’d love to see Ludwig and the CEO of YouTube go under the needle together.

Popular YouTuber Ludwig recently ended up getting a tattoo of Twitch’s logo on his calf, joking that it was an image of ‘the enemy’.

It was all for a good cause though, as Ludwig held a charity livestream on his channel and promised that he’d get whatever tattoo the top donors wanted, in a bid to encourage contributions.

To keep his promise Ludwig put on a brave face and got a tattoo of his cat, Coots, hugging Twitch’s logo, after his fans voted for it amongst three other, safer design suggestions.

When Ludwig posted that he was streaming the process live, he also half-jokingly begged YouTube’s CEO, Susan Wojcicki, not to fire him, but didn’t tag her account.

Of course, Wojcicki did end up coming across his post and even replied with the eyes emoji, signifying that she had seen what he was doing.

As soon as he saw her response, Ludwig asked his followers which of them ‘narc’d’ though it’s not like he was doing a good job at hiding his escapade in the first place.

To smooth things out he suggested he and Wojcicki get matching tattoos… though this time something YouTube-related.

who narc’d 😭 https://t.co/59fKCMcpVf

More: Twitch

Fellow gaming creators Valkyrae and Hasanabi are the ones to blame for his Twitch tattoo, as they were quick to donate large sums of money, each giving around £12,300 and £8,200, respectively.

Specifically, it was Valkyrae who immediately asked Ludwig to get a tattoo of the Twitch logo, wanting to troll Ludwig.

Both were part of the mass exodus of streamers from Twitch to YouTube, with Ludwig finalising the switch in November 2021.

Since then, he’s frequently talked about feeling unsure of his decision to leave Twitch. However, he recently revealed that he felt it was the ‘right one’ in the end.

You can see Ludwig’s new tattoo in all of its glory below:
