Sutton Stracke has opened up about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills going ‘on pause’ after a rollercoaster season 12.
Fans were left unhappy at how the last series ended after unseen drama on the trip to Aspen fractured relationships between the RHOBH cast.
Very little was resolved in the three-part reunion – with tensions continuing to boil over between Sutton, Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne Girardi, Garcelle Beauvais, Diana Jenkins and Crystal Minkoff.
Since then, there have been question marks over who would be returning to the Bravo fold next year, with viewers calling for mass changes to be made.
After Kyle confirmed that the program was ‘on pause’ before filming picks back up, her co-star discussed what this could mean, telling People Magazine that some of her pals are ‘licking their wounds’.
‘I think that we had a tough season and it got really, really dark,’ she said. ‘And so maybe it needed to have a minute so that the sun can come in.’

Sutton also revealed her hopes to return to our screens in the future, as she has ‘just found her voice’.
‘I feel like I just found my sea legs, and found my voice,’ she continued. ‘So, I would like to use it now and have some more fun.
‘And have more experiences in this arena. I really do like it and would like to continue if they’ll have me.’

Her words come after Kyle touched on when we could possibly get more episodes of the Beverly Hills gang on our screens, following a tumultuous end to the season.
When asked if it was ‘true or false’ that the program is ‘on pause’ while at the People’s Choice Awards, she told Extra: ‘True but I think “pause” is the word of the moment.
‘It sounds more dramatic than it actually is. I think we just want to shift our schedule.
