2ManyDJs have confirmed that their planned concert at Brixton O2 Academy has been postponed, after an incident at the venue on Thursday night left four people in critical condition.

Eight people were taken to hospital after a crowd surge at Asake’s performance, when a number of fans reportedly tried to get in without a ticket.

The show was eventually stopped halfway through, amid reports that thousands had ‘breached the door’.

They also shared their support for those who were injured in the surge.

‘It is with pain in our hearts that we have to announce that due to the terrible events that happened at O2 Academy Brixton last night, we are being forced to postpone tomorrow’s show,’ they wrote in a statement on Twitter.
